Review of Systems app for iPhone and iPad

Background:

The review of systems (ROS) is a necessary and oftentimes exceptionally helpful part of the History and Physical / Consultation. I made this not only for me but also as a reiteration to the interns, residents, and medical students I work with that the ROS is an invaluable screening tool when obtaining information from the patient.

I made this simple and without a bunch of hoopla because it needs to be simple, clear, and efficient. It does the job and it does it very well.

How to Use:
- Tap for positive.
- Swipe left for negative.
- Set the default email address by clicking the settings button.
- If youd like, you can additionally place a non-specific patient identifier there as well.

About Me:
Im finishing training in Internal Medicine, June 2013. 6/2013 - 6/2014, Ill be taking a year to be the Chief Resident of Quality and Safety via a new program through the VA. After that - Hospitalist with transition eventually to a mixed admin / hospitalist role.
